Abstract
This research aims to analyze the impact of rising soybean prices on the income of tofu entrepreneurs and find out the strategies implemented in overcoming soybean price increases in the Tofu Agroindustry at Cijoro Lebak Village. The data analysis method involves income analysis and R/C Ratio analysis. The research results show that the increase in soybean prices has a significant impact on the income of tofu entrepreneurs. Income before the soybean price increased reached IDR 47.847.611,11. However, after the soybean price increased, income decreased to IDR 12.287.611,11. The efforts made by tofu entrepreneurs in response to the increase in soybean prices involve reducing production to minimalize losses. Strategies that can be used by tofu entrepreneurs to overcome rising soybean prices are by streamlining production processes, product innovation, and marketing product effectively.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kenaikan harga kedelai terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu dan mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan dalam mengatasi kenaikan harga kedelai pada Agroindustri Tahu di Desa Cijoro Lebak. Metode analisis datanya meliputi analisis pendapatan dan analisis R/C Ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan harga kedelai memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap pendapatan pengusaha tahu. Pendapatan sebelum harga kedelai naik mencapai Rp47.847.611,11. Namun setelah harga kedelai naik, pendapatan menurun menjadi Rp12.287.611,11. Upaya yang dilakukan pengusaha tahu dalam menyikapi kenaikan harga kedelai adalah dengan melakukan pengurangan produksi untuk meminimalisir kerugian. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan pengusaha tahu untuk mengatasi kenaikan harga kedelai adalah dengan mengefektifkan proses produksi, melakukan inovasi produk, dan memasarkan produk secara efektif. | |||||||||
