Abstract

The approaching Indonesian general election in 2024 is certainly not spared from the 2024 Indonesian presidential election itself. In the current digital era, online news media has become one of the main options used by the public to get information, including information about political news. Therefore, the research aims to find out the framing of online media in reporting on political figures who are included in the names of the exchange to become 2024 Indonesian presidential candidates in the next election, namely Anies Rasyid Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto and Ganjar Pranowo on the detik.com online media news portal. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the theory of Framing Analysis Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. The results of this research show that the news about the 2024 presidential candidates published by detik contains a sticky syntactic, script, thematic, rhetorical structure and meets the basic standards of making news, when viewed from the syntactic structure it is found that detik.com implicitly sides with presidential candidate number 2 in compiling news about the figures of the 2024 presidential candidates.

Additional Information:	Menjelang masa pemilihan umum raya Indonesia pada tahun 2024 tentunya tidak luput dari pemilihan umum presiden Indonesia 2024 itu sendiri. Di era digital yang terjadi saat ini menyebabkan media-media berita online menjadi salah satu opsi utama yang digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi termasuk informasi seputar berita politik. Oleh karena itu penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui framing media online dalam melakukan pemberitaan terhadap tokoh politik yang termasuk kedalam nama-nama bursa menjadi calon presiden 2024 Indonesia di pemilu nanti yaitu Anies Rasyid Baswedan, Prabowo Subianto dan Ganjar Pranowo pada portal berita media online detik.com. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori Analisis Framing Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki. Hasil Penilitian ini menunjukan bahwa berita tentang calon presiden 2024 yang diterbitkan oleh detik mengandung struktur sintaksis,skrip,tematik,retoris yang lengkah dan memenuhi standar dasar pembuatan sebuah berita, jika dilihat dari struktur sintaksisnya ditemukan bahwa detik.com secara implisit berpihak kepada capres no urut 2 dalam menyusun sebuah berita tentang tokoh-tokoh calon presiden 2024.
