Abstract
The increase in the incidence of chronic kidney failure can be caused by several characteristic factors including gender, age and occupation. The aim of this study was to determine the incidence of chronic renal failure (ESRD) based on respondent characteristics such as age, gender and occupation in patients at the Hypertension and Kidney Clinic at Dr. Adjidarmo Rangkas Bitung Hospital. This research method is quantitative. The sampling in this study was included in descriptive research which describes the incidence of chronic kidney failure (ESRD) based on gender, age and occupation, using accidental sampling of 115 respondents. The results of this research are that the majority of respondents in the research are women, namely 73, then the majority of the ages in this study are late adults, 62, and the majority of respondents do not work, 31. The conclusion of this research is that gender, age and work can be risk factors. suffer from kidney failure if each individual does not maintain good health.

| Additional Information: | Peningkatan kejadian gagal ginjal kronis dapat di sebabkan oleh beberapa faktor karakteristik yang meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, dan pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian gagal ginjal kronis (ESRD) berdasarkan karakteristik responden seperti usia, jenis kelamin, dan pekerjaan pada pasien di Klinik Hipertensi dan Ginjal RSUD dr.Adjidarmo Rangkasbitung. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan tingkat kejadian gagal ginjal kronis (ESRD) berdasarkan jenis kelaim, usia, dan pekerjaan, menggunakan accidental sampling sebanyak 115 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini mayoritas responden pada penelitaan adalah perempuan, yakni sebanyak 73, kemudian mayoritas usia pada penelitian ini adalah dewasa akhir sebanyak 62, dan mayoritas responden tidak bekerja sebanyak 31. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini Jenis kelamin, usia dan pekerjaan dapat menjadi faktor risiko terkena gagal ginjal jika dari masing – masing induvidu tidak menjaga Kesehatan dengan baik. | |||||||||
