Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Number of Hotel , Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Inflation, Population and Number of Hotel as determinants of Own Source Revenue (PAD) in the districts/cities of Banten Province. Determination of the sample based on cross- sectional data, namely the 8 districts/cities of Banten Province covering the of Pandeglang district, Lebak district, Serang district, Tangerang district, Cilegon City, Tangerang City, Serang City, and South Tangerang City with Time-series data is 2017- 2021. The data for this research were obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Panel data analysismethod with fixed effect model is used in this research which is quantitative. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that the variables of Number of Hotels andGross Regional Domestic Product have a significant effect on Own Regional Tax. Meanwhile, Inflation, population and number of Industries have no significant effect on Own Source Revenue. In addition, based on the simultaneous results (F-Test) it shows that Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions, Gross Regional Domestic Product and Domestic Investment simultaneously affect Regional Own Source Revenue in the Eastern Province of Indonesia in 2017 - 2021.

| Additional Information: | Dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Jumlah Hotel, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB), Inflasi, Jumlah Penduduk dan Jumlah Hotel sebagai faktor penentu Pajak Daerah di Kab/Kota Provinsi Banten. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan data Crossection yaitu 8 Kab/Kota Provinsi Banten, Kab Pandeglang, Kab Lebak, Kab Serang, Kab Tangerang, Kota Cilegon, Kota Tangerang, Kota Serang dan Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan data Time-series yaitu tahun 2017-2021. Data penelitian ini didapat dari Direktorat Jenderal Perimbangan Keuangan dan Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Metode analisis panel data dengan fixed effect model dipakai dalam penelitian ini yang bersifat kuantitatif. Hasil uji parsial (Uji-t) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Jumlah Hotel danProduk Domestik Regional Bruto berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pajak Daerah. Sedangkan Inflasi, Jumlah Penduduk dan Jumlah Industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pajak Daerah Daerah. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil simultan (Uji-F) menujukkan bahwa Jumlah Hotel, Retribusi Daerah, Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Inflasi, Jumlah Penduduk dan Jumlah Industri secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Pajak daerah di Kab/Kota Provinsi Banten tahun 2017 - 2021. | |||||||||
