Abstract
This research aims to (1) Describe the classes of greeting words in the novel Dalem Boncel by Aan Merdeka Permana and the novel Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora by D.K. Ardiwimata (2) Describe the context of the use of greetings in the novel Dalem Boncel by Aan Merdeka Permana and Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora by D. K. Ardiwimata (3) Describe the similarities and differences in the use of greetings in Indonesian and Sundanese. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of this research are that in the Indonesian language data source there are 25 types of greeting word variations consisting of four types of pronominal categories, 16 types of noun categories and five types of adjective categories. The word of greeting that is most often used in the novel Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora is the word Juragan, which appears 21 times. Meanwhile, the words of greeting that appear the least are my son, skipper wadana, skipper anom, skipper patih, skipper wife, Bengal child, lowly person and stupid person with 1 time each. Meanwhile, in Sundanese there are 21 variations of greeting words consisting of two types of pronoun categories, 19 types of noun categories and three types of adjective categories. The word of greeting that appears the most in the novel Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora is the word maneh with 20 times, while the word of greeting that appears the least is Dampi, Abdullah, Aceuk, Abah, Ema, Nini, Kang Kusen, Nyi Rapiah, Tuan Haji, Kang Haji . Then, after SPEAKING analysis was carried out on the greeting word data, every data containing greeting words fulfilled the eight speech components of SPEAKING.

Ardiwimata (2) Mendeskripsikan konteks penggunaan kata sapaan pada novel Dalem Boncel karya Aan Merdeka Permana dan Novel Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora karya D. K. Ardiwimata (3) Mendeskripsikan persamaan dan perbedaan dari penggunaan kata sapaan Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Sunda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dalam sumber data bahasa Indonesia terdapat 25 macam variasi kata sapaan yang terdiri dari empat macam kategori pronominal 16 macam kategori nomina dan lima macam kategori adjektiva. Kata sapaan yang paling banyak digunakan pada novel Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora adalah kata Juragan, Yaitu dengan frekuensi muncul sebanyak 21 kali. Sementara untuk kata sapaan yang paling sedikit muncul adalah anakku, juragan wadana, juragan anom, juragan patih, juragan istri, anak Bengal, orang hina dan orang bodoh dengan masing-masing 1 kali. Sedangkan pada bahasa Sunda terdapat 21 variasi kata sapaan yang terdiri dari dua macam kategori pronomina, 19 macam kategori nomina dan tiga macam kategori adjektiva. Kata sapaan yang paling banyak muncul pada novel Baruang Ka Nu Ngarora adalah kata maneh dengan 20 kali, sedangkan kata sapaan yang paling sedikit muncul adalah Dampi, Abdullah, Aceuk, Abah, Ema, Nini, Kang Kusen, Nyi Rapiah, Tuan Haji, Kang haji. Lalu, setelah dilakukannya analisis SPEAKING pada data kata sapaan, setiap data yang terdapat kata sapaan telah memenuhi delapan komponen tutur SPEAKING. | |||||||||
