Abstract
This research aims to determine the production costs and income of the leek business in Juhut Village. The problem in this research is only limited to studying cost and income analysis in the leek business. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The results of this research are that the production costs incurred by leek farmers in Juhut Village, Karang Tanjung District, Pandeglang Regency include fixed costs and variable costs. Fixed costs incurred include forks, hoes, sickles, land rent and capital interest (11%). Meanwhile, the variable costs incurred are Leek Seeds, TSP Fertilizer, Urea Fertilizer, Phonska Fertilizer, Avidor Fertilizer, Curacron Liquid Fertilizer, NPK Fertilizer, Labor Wages (HOK), and Post-Harvest Costs. Fixed costs incurred amounted to IDR 2,507,222 variable costs incurred amounted to IDR 46,044,645. So the total costs incurred are IDR 48,551,868 per production. The total income of leek farmers is IDR 19,448,132. The income of leek farmers is IDR 68,000,000 with the results of the R/C Ratio analysis in this research being 1.40 > 1, which means that leek farming carried out by farmers is feasible and efficient to run.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya produksi dan pendapatan usaha bawang perai di Desa Juhut. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini hanya sebatas mempelajari analisa biaya dan pendapatan pada usaha bawang perai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan oleh petani daun bawang di Desa Juhut Kecamatan Karang Tanjung Kabupaten Pandeglang meliputi biaya tetap dan biaya variabel. Biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan antara lain garpu, cangkul, arit, sewa tanah dan bunga modal (11%). Sedangkan biaya variabel yang dikeluarkan adalah Bibit Daun Bawang, Pupuk TSP, Pupuk Urea, Pupuk Phonska, Pupuk Avidor, Pupuk Cair Curacron, Pupuk NPK, Upah Tenaga Kerja (HOK), dan Biaya Pasca Panen. Biaya tetap yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp2.507.222 biaya variabel yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp46.044.645. Jadi total biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 48.551.868 per produksi. Total pendapatan petani daun bawang sebesar Rp 19.448.132. Pendapatan petani daun bawang sebesar Rp 68.000.000 dengan hasil analisis R/C Ratio pada penelitian ini sebesar 1,40 > 1 yang berarti usahatani daun bawang yang dilakukan petani layak dan efisien untuk dijalankan. | |||||||||
