Abstract

This study was conducted based on problems that occur in the articulation of deaf children. The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the use of drill methods on the articulation of deaf children in grade II SDLB at Pelita Insani Kabupaten Serang Special School. The method used in this study is Single Subject Research (SSR) with research design A-B-A. The data processed in this study is in the form of simple descriptive statistics such as percentage values and graphs. The results of this study showed the influence of the use of drill methods on the articulation of deaf children. This can be proven by the average value that is calculated at the mean level in the baseline phase-1 (A1) gets an average score of 33%, the intervention phase (B) gets an average score of 66%, and then the baseline-2 phase (A2) gets an average score of 55%. So it can be concluded that the use of drill methods can improve articulation ability in deaf children of class II SDLB.
