Abstract

Spatial intelligence is one of the 8 intelligences that every person has. This intelligence has the ability to visualize an object. Then, solar energy or commonly referred to as solar energy is physics material on the topic of renewable energy in class X SMA Merdeka curriculum. This is in accordance with SDGs goal point 7 which aims to reach 2030 with environmentally friendly energy. Meanwhile, this research aims to determine the feasibility of PHYVAR (Physics in 3D Virtual Reality) Solar Energy Material media to support students' spatial intelligence. The method used in this research is R&D (Research and Development) with the Rowntree development model. Rowntree's development model stages consist of planning, development and evaluation. The software used in this research is Blender 3D and Unity 3D. The assessment instruments used are questionnaires and TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). The subjects of this research were 1 material expert validation person, 1 media expert validation person and 35 class X students of SMAN 7 Pandeglang. The results of material validation obtained a percentage value of 88.57% with very good criteria. The validation results from media experts obtained a percentage score of 97.14% with very good criteria. The students' assessment results obtained a percentage score of 90.19% with very good criteria. So, it can be concluded that the PHYVAR media with solar energy material is suitable for use as a learning medium and is able to increase students' spatial intelligence.

Additional Information: Kecerdasan spasial adalah salah satu dari 8 kecerdasan yang dimiliki setiap orang, Adapun kecerdasan tersebut memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat memvisualisasikan suatu objek. Kemudian, solar energy atau biasa disebut sebagai energi surya adalah materi fisika pada topik energi terbarukan di kelas X SMA kurikulum Merdeka. Hal ini, sesuai dengan tujuan SDGs poin ke-7 yang memiliki tujuan menuju tahun 2030 dengan energi yang ramah lingkungan. Adapun, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media PHYVAR (Physics in 3D Virtual Reality) Materi Solar Energy untuk Mendukung Kecerdasan Spasial Siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan Rowntree. Tahapan model pengembangan Rowntree terdiri dari perencanaan, pengembangan dan evaluasi. Software yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa Blender 3D dan Unity 3D. instrumen penilaian yang digunakan berupa angket dan TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 1 orang validasi ahli materi, 1 orang validasi ahli media dan 35 orang siswa kelas X SMAN 7 Pandeglang. Hasil validasi materi memperoleh nilai persentase 88,57% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh nilai persentase 97,14% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Hasil penilaian dari siswa memperoleh nilai persentase 90,19% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media PHYVAR materi solar energy layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dan mampu meningkatkan kecerdasan spasial siswa.
