Abstract
Sexual education is the main thing that must be understood and learned to avoid cases of sexual harassment, especially in early childhood. The media used to improve understanding of sex education in this study used pop up book media. The method used is research and development (R&D), using the ADDIE development model. The results of the research obtained regarding the understanding of sex education in high grade students of SD Negeri Kamanisan in the low category were 20%, 49% medium, and 31% high. Then, the results of the media feasibility test were 92% and categorized as feasible to implement. The results of the limited trial conducted by researchers on 10 students showed that the use of pop up book media can increase understanding of sex education. It can be concluded that the development of pop up book media for high grade students of SD Negeri Kamanisan can increase understanding of sex education.

| Additional Information: | Pendidikan seksual merupakan hal utama yang harus dipahami dan dipelajari untuk menghindari terjadinya kasus pelecehan seksual terutama pada anak usia dini. Media yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pendidikan seks dalam penelitian ini menggunakan media pop up book. Metode yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D), dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh mengenai pemahaman pendidikan seks pada siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri Kamanisan kategori rendah sebesar 20%, sedang 49%, dan tinggi 31%. Kemudian, hasil uji kelayakan media sebesar 92% dan dikategorikan layak untuk diimplementasikan. Hasil uji coba terbatas yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti terhadap 10 orang siswa mendapatkan hasil adanya pengaruh pada penggunaan media pop up book dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pendidikan seks. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media pop up book pada siswa kelas tinggi SD Negeri Kamanisan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai pendidikan seks. | |||||||||
