Abstract

This research aims to analyze Indonesian language learning strategies for students with introverted personalities at SMA Negeri 1 Cikande. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data collection is carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Before conducting observations and interviews. The data source was selected by distributing student personality grouping test questionnaires to select introverted students as respondents. Data analysis was carried out using reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions. The results of data analysis showed that there were four students with introverted personalities at SMA Negeri 1 Cikande. The four introverted students had similar traits when learning Indonesian, namely feeling afraid, not being active in learning activities, not adapting easily, and being full of caution. Four introverted students at SMA Negeri 1 Cikande have strategies for learning Indonesian by taking notes, listening to songs to learn the language, reading novels, and creating discussion groups with their close friends. This strategy is used by introverted students when learning a language to minimize fear or anxiety when learning Indonesian.

Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi belajar bahasa Indonesia pada siswa berkepribadian introver di SMA Negeri 1 Cikande. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sebelum melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Sumber data dipilih dengan cara membagikan kuesioner tes pengelompokan kepribadian siswa untuk memilih siswa introver sebagai responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik reduksi, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data terdapat empat siswa berkepribadian introver di SMA negeri 1 Cikande. Keempat siswa introver tersebut memiliki trait yang serupa ketika belajar bahasa Indonesia, yakni merasa takut, tidak aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, tidak mudah beradaptasi, dan penuh kehati-hatian. Empat siswa introver di SMA Negeri 1 Cikande memiliki strategi belajar bahasa Indonesia dengan cara membuat catatan, mendengarkan lagu untuk belajar bahasa, membaca novel, dan membuat kelompok diskusi dengan teman dekatnya. Strategi tersebut digunakan siswa introver ketika belajar bahasa untuk meminimalisasi rasa takut atau cemas ketika sedang belajar bahasa Indonesia.
