Abstract

Hermina Ciruas Hospital building is a building has 7 floors with 225 beds and excellent facilities. The level of use of electrical energy consumption is quite wide and allows waste in energy use. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out energy audits and analysis in each building sector. The IKE value was recorded at 195.95kWh/m2/per year 2022, including the category of quite efficient. Observation of electrical devices is the largest use in medical equipment such as ST Scan with a total usage of 1,227,600kWh and Radiology 1,178,496 kWh. The result of the calculation of the installed condition of the total capacity of 2635Watt, based on the calculation of 2476Watt needs. The cooling system calculated by installed conditions (PK) totaled 37 total BTU 336,000, while the calculation result of requirement (PK) 28 total BTU 263,237. Recommendations for savings opportunities made there are three stages of No Cost lighting systems, for rooms to get sunlight as natural lighting from morning to evening and turn off lights in non-24-hour work areas. Cooling system by turning on at the start of working hours and turning off 1 hour before working hours are over. Low Cost of making posters call to save electrical energy. High Cost simulates the change to the type of inverter AC because of the use of standard type AC with an annual use of 274,526.72kWh, inverter AC with an annual use of 203,130.274kWh so that there can be a chance of saving of 15.09%. The final IKE value after the replacement of the inverter AC is 180,214kWh/m2/year.

Additional Information: Bangunan rumah sakit RS Hermina Ciruas adalah sebuah gedung bangunan memiliki 7 lantai dengan 225 tempat tidur dan fasilitas unggulan. Tingkat pemakaian konsumsi energi listrik yang cukup luas serta memungkinkan terjadinya pemborosan dalam pemakaian energi. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya tindakan pelaksanaan audit energi dan analisis pada setiap sektor gedung. Nilai IKE tercatat 195,95kWh/m2/pertahun 2022 termasuk kategori cukup efisien. Pengamatan terhadap perangkat listrik penggunaan terbesar pada peralatan medis seperti ST Scan dengan total pemakaian sebesar 1.227.600kWh dan Radiologi 1.178.496 kWh. Hasil perhitungan kondisi terpasang kapasitas total 2635Watt, berdasarkan perhitungan kebutuhan 2476Watt. Sistem pendingin hasil perhitungan kondisi terpasang (PK) total 37 total BTU 336.000, sedangkan hasil perhitungan kebutuhan (PK) 28 total BTU 263.237. Rekomendasi peluang penghematan yang dilakukan terdapat tiga tahapan No Cost sistem penerangan, untuk ruangan mendapat sinar matahari sebagai penerangan alami dari pagi sampe sore hari dan mematikan lampu pada wilayah kerja non-24 jam. Sistem pendingin dengan menyalakan pada saat mulai jam kerja dan mematikan 1 jam sebelum jam kerja selesai. Low Cost pembuatan poster ajakan untuk hemat energi listrik. High Cost simulasi pergantian ke jenis AC inverter kerena penggunaan AC jenis standar dengan pemakaian pertahun 274.526,72kWh, AC inverter dengan pemakaian pertahun 203.130,274kWh sehingga dapat terjadi peluang penghematan sebesar 15,09%. Nilai IKE akhir setelah pergantian AC inverter 180,214kWh/m2/tahun.
