Abstract
This Mr. Syarif Hidayat is one of the businesses that produce Mushroom farm in Serang Regency. the business has been running for five years, yet the area of the Mushroom farm market has not shown an increase. The purpose of this study was to identify internal and external factors that could hinder and support the market development of Mushroom farm on Mr. Syarif Hidayat and analyze the alternative strategies that could be applied for the market development of Mushroom farm products on Mr. Syarif Hidayat. The methods used in this study were the IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix. The results of this study indicate that the internal factor consists of 7 strength factors and 6 weakness factors. the External factor consists of 6 opportunity factors and 5 threat factors. The IE matrix shows that the position of the Mr. Syarif Hidayat in the V quadrant (holding on and maintaining the position). The SWOT matrix formulates 7 alternative strategies and the QSPM matrix formulates four strategic priorities that can be applied to the development of the Mr. Syarif Hidayat market, where the first priority strategy aims to develop the area of Mushroom farm market more widely with the government support.

| Additional Information: | Bapak Syarif Hidayat ini merupakan salah satu usaha yang memproduksi peternakan Jamur di Kabupaten Serang. Usaha tersebut telah berjalan selama lima tahun, namun luas pasar peternakan Jamur belum menunjukkan peningkatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat menghambat dan mendukung pengembangan pasar produk peternakan Jamur pada Bapak Syarif Hidayat dan menganalisis alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk pengembangan pasar produk peternakan Jamur pada Bapak Syarif Hidayat. . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks IE, matriks SWOT dan matriks QSPM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal terdiri dari 7 faktor kekuatan dan 6 faktor kelemahan. Faktor Eksternal terdiri dari 6 faktor peluang dan 5 faktor ancaman. Matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa posisi Bapak Syarif Hidayat berada pada kuadran V (bertahan dan mempertahankan posisi). Matriks SWOT merumuskan 7 alternatif strategi dan matriks QSPM merumuskan empat prioritas strategis yang dapat diterapkan pada pengembangan pasar Pak Syarif Hidayat, dimana strategi prioritas pertama bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kawasan pasar budidaya Jamur lebih luas dengan dukungan pemerintah. | |||||||||
