Abstract
This development research aims to produce teaching materials in the form of HOTS-based interactive digital student worksheets in elementary schools, to determine product feasibility, and to determine students' higher-order thinking skills. Using the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) development model, with 24 fifth grade students of SDIT Al-Hujjaj as research subjects.The instrument used to measure the feasibility of HOTS-based interactive digital student worksheets is an assessment questionnaire by experts (design, material, and language). Meanwhile, to find out students' high-level thinking skills using an assessment test questionnaire and the practicality of student worksheet products using a practicality questionnaire. The results of the HOTS-based interactive digital student worksheet research show that it is feasible to use in learning, this is based on the assessment score obtained through the assessment of design experts with an average percentage of 88% and with very feasible criteria, the assessment score obtained through the assessment of material experts with the average percentage is 91% and the criteria are very feasible, and the assessment score obtained through the assessment of linguists with an average percentage is 90% and the criteria are very feasible. In the small group trials, the average rating was 95.2% with very good criteria. In the field trials, a percentage of 93.8% was obtained with very good assessment criteria and the overall score obtained by students was above the KKM, namely 70. Based on expert validation and product trials, HOTS-based interactive digital student worksheets in elementary schools very feasible and practical to use in learning.

Additional Information: | Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa lembar kerja peserta didik digital interaktif berbasis HOTS di sekolah dasar, mengetahui kelayakan produk, dan mengetahui kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik. Menggunakan model pengembangan analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi (ADDIE), dengan 24 siswa kelas V SDIT Al-Hujjaj sebagai subjek penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kelayakan lembar kerja peserta didik digital interaktif berbasis HOTS yaitu angket penilaian oleh para ahli (desain, materi, dan bahasa). Sedangkan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik menggunakan angket tes penilaian dan kepraktisan produk menggunakan angket kepraktisan. Hasil penelitian lembar kerja peserta didik digital interaktif berbasis HOTS menunjukkan bahwa layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran, hal ini berdasarkan skor penilaian yang diperoleh melalui penilaian ahli desain dengan persentase rata-rata 88% dan dengan kriteria sangat layak, skor penilaian yang diperoleh melalui penilaian ahli materi dengan persentase rata-rata 91% dan kriteria sangat layak, dan skor penilaian yang diperoleh melalui penilaian ahli bahasa dengan persentase rata-rata 90% dan kriteria sangat layak. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan hasil rata-rata penilaian 95,2% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Pada uji coba lapangan mendapatkan persentase penilaian 93,8% dengan kriteria penilaian sangat baik dan keseluruhan nilai yang diperoleh peserta didik berada di atas KKM yaitu 70. Berdasarkan validasi ahli dan uji coba produk, maka lembar kerja peserta didik digital interaktif berbasis HOTS di sekolah dasar sangat layak dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran. | |||||||||
