Abstract
Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is a State University in Indonesia with Public Service Agency status. In managing its personnel, Untirta has a section tasked with taking care of this, namely the personnel department. Ideally, Untirta as a PTNBLU in carrying out governance and employee services must be managed using good principles, one of which is the implementation of good university governance. However, Untirta's efforts to improve governance and personnel services have not been optimal and are still experiencing problems. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze how the principles of Good University Governance are implemented at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University in personnel and Financial Services as a Public Service Agency State University. The theory used in this research is the theory of good university governance developed by Jaramillo through his report entitled Universities through the Looking Glass: Benchmarking University Governance to Enable Higher Education Modernization in MENA. The research Method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection technique used by researchers is the analysis technique from Miles and Huberman, in testing data validation the researchers used the Triangulation method. The results of this research show that the implementation of good university governance in governance and employee services is still not optimal, with 5 indicators still having problems and obstacles.

Additional Information: | Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa merupakan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri di Indonesia dengan status Badan Layanan Umum. Dalam mengelola kepegawaiannya Untirta memiki bagian yang bertugas mengurusi hal tersebut yaitu bagian kepegawaian. Secara ideal Untirta dalam melakukan tata kelola dan layanan kepegawai harus dikelola melalui prinsip yang baik salah satunya adalah dengan penerapan good university governance. Namun upaya Untirta dalam memperbaiki tata kelola dan layanan kepegawaian belum optimal dan masih menemui masalah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana Penerapan Prinsip Good University Governance di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa.Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori good university governance yang dikembangkan oleh Jaramillo melalui laporannya yang berjudul Universities through the Looking Glass: Benchmarking University Governance to Enable Higher Education Modernization in MENA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti yaitu teknik analisis dari Miles dan Huberman, dalam menguji validasi data peneliti Menggunakan metode Triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan penerapan good university governance dalam tata kelola dan layanan pegawai masih belum optimal hal ini dibuktikan dari 5 indikator masih terdapat masalah serta kendala didalamnya. | |||||||||
