Abstract
The existence of undisciplined behavior in schools among students is a concern for researchers so that there is a need for handling assistance or media in order to improve students' disciplinary behavior. This research aims to produce guidance and counseling service media in the form of a Self-Management book planner to improve student discipline behavior. The type of research used is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Respondents in this research are experts who are competent in their field to see whether the media being developed is appropriate or not. These experts are media and materials experts, language experts, practicing teachers, and 8 students who were involved in the field trials. Data collection methods use questionnaires, documentation studies, expert validation sheets and product feasibility sheets. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative data analysis and quantitative data. The results of the feasibility test carried out by researchers on product development obtained a percentage in the material and media test of 75% in the "feasible" category, obtained a percentage in the language test of 95% in the very feasible category, and obtained a percentage in the practitioner test of 92% in the category "very feasible", and obtained a percentage of 88% in the field test with the "feasible" category. So it was concluded that the media developed, namely the SelfManagement book planner media created by researchers, was suitable for use.

Additional Information: | Adanya perilaku tidak disiplin di sekolah pada peserta didik menjadi keresahan peneliti sehingga perlu adanya bantuan penanganan atau media untuk perilaku disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media layanan bimbingan dan konseling berupa book planner self management untuk perilaku disiplin pada siswa SMA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Hasil uji kelayakan yang telah dilakukan peneliti terhadap pengembangan produk memperoleh presentasse pada uji materi dan media sebesar 75% dengan kategori “layak”, memperoleh presentase pada uji bahasa sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan memperoleh pesentase pada uji praktisi sebesar 92% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, dan memperoleh persentase sebesar 88% pada uji lapangan dengan kategori “layak”. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa media yang dikembangkan yaitu media book planner self management yang dibuat peneliti layak untuk digunakan. | |||||||||
