Abstract

Measuring consumer satisfaction is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The aim of the research is to determine the application of the science method. This research was conducted at Serang Train Station, Banten. Data collection used a questionnaire with 100 respondents and 20 question items. Validity above 0.5 and reliability above 0.5, data analysis using the IPA method. The results of the IPA method in measuring passenger satisfaction at Serang Station focus on the main priority, namely being in quadrant I as the main priority quadrant, namely attribute 2 with questions about the location of the train station, easy to reach by public transportation and 6 with questions regarding train departure and arrival times.

Additional Information: Pengukuran kepuasan konsumen dilakukan menggunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Tujuan penelitian mengetahui penerapan metode IPA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Stasiun Kereta Api Serang, Banten. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan 100 responden dan 20 atribut pertanyaan. Validitas diatas 0,5 dan reliabilitas diatas 0,5, analisis data menggunakan metode IPA. Hasil metode IPA pada pengukuran kepuasan penumpang kereta api di Stasiun Serang berfokus pada prioritas utama yaitu berada pada kuadran I sebagai kuadran prioritas utama yaitu atribut 2 dengan pertanyaan lokasi Stasiun kereta api mudah dijangkau dengan kendaraan umum dan 6 dengan pertanyaan ketepatan waktu jadwal keberangkatan dan kedatangan kereta api.
