Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between sibling relationships and academic achievement. The study population was grade VII and VIII students of SMPN 3 Mandalawangi. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which produces a sample of 55 students. Data analysis using pearson correlation. The results of the correlation test obtained Sig. values of 0.070 > 0.05. So it can be concluded that the sibling relationship variable has no significant relationship with student academic achievement. The influence on academic achievement variables in SMPN 3 Mandalawangi students has nothing to do with sibling relationships.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan sibling relationship terhadap prestasi akademik. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas VII dan VIII SMPN 3 Mandalawangi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 55 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson. Hasil uji korelasi didapatkan nilai Sig. 0.070 > 0.05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel sibling relationship secara signifikan tidak memiliki hubungan dengan prestasi akademik siswa.
