Abstract
The purpose of this study is to obtain information on how to start public services for the Cilegon City Communication, Information, Encryption and Statistics Office, through public services as a manifestation of a smart city, to find out the synergy and response of community users to the Social Assistance E-Grants Website, and to find out the success of the implementation of E - Social assistance grants, especially to Diskominfo as a government agency that has authority in the field of technology in carrying out public services. In this study, researchers applied a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, collected data using observation techniques, compiled the results of interviews, and documentation. Informants from this study are the Cilegon City Communication and Informatics Office and the Cilegon City Community. The strategy carried out by the Office of Communication, Information, Encryption and Statistics firstly collaborates with the Offices in the City of Cilegon, secondly by monitoring and evaluating the performance of opds related to social assistance grants, thirdly by providing an introduction to the Social Assistance E-Grant Website to the people of Cilegon City. the majority of Cilegon City residents strongly support and agree with the existence of the Social Assistance E-Grant Website service. The success of the Social Assistance E-Grant Website can be seen from the integrated services of the Social Assistance E-Grant Website, adequate community skills and knowledge and interconnected communities.

Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh informasi bagaimana startegi pelayanan xiasyar Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, Sandi dan Statistik Kota Cilegon, melalui pelayanan xiasyar sebagai perwujudan smart city, untuk mengetahui sinergitas dan respon xiasyarakat pengguna Website E-Hibah Bansos, serta untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan E-Hibah Bansos terutama pada Diskominfo sebagai xiasyara pemerintah yang memiliki kewenangan dalam bidang teknologi dalam menjalankan layanan xiasyar. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, pegumpulan data menggunakan xiasyar observasi, menyusun hasil wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Informan dari penelitian ini yaitu Diskominfo Kota Cilegon dan Masyarakat Kota Cilegon. Strategi yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi, Sandi dan Statistik pertama bekerjasama dengan Dinas-Dinas yang ada di Kota Cilegon, kedua dengan melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi kinerja pada opd�opd yang berkaitan dengan hibah bansos, ketiga yaitu memberikan pengenalan Website E-Hibah Bansos kepada xiasyarakat Kota Cilegon. Mayoritas pendudukt Kota Cilegon sangat support dan setuju dengan adanya layanan Website E-Hibah Bansos. Keberhasilan Website E-Hibah bansos hal ini bisa dilihat dari layanan Website E-Hibah Bansos yang terintegrasi, keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyrakat yang memadai dan komunitas yang saling terhubung. | |||||||||
