Abstract
The Purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research uses quantitative methods with a saturated sample of 80 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is the structural model analysis method, and partial test (t test) using the SmartPLS Version 3.0 program tool.The results in the research show that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of tcount > ttable 3.020 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the results of tcount > ttable 3,000 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.0003 < 0.05, Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with tcount results > ttable 4,389 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0 .05, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with tcount results > ttable 3.778 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with tcount results > ttable 3.070 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05, Organizational Commitment can mediate the relationship between work discipline and employee performance with tcount results > ttable 2.697 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05 , Organizational Commitment can mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance with the results of tcount > ttable 2.132 > 1.96 and a significance level of 0.034 < 0.05.
