Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Discipline (X1), Competence (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) Malingping Regional General Hospital Banten Province. In this study using quantitative methods. The population in this study was 73 with the number of samples taken as a whole from the size of the population, namely 260. The technique in sampling is random sampling where the number of samples is determined by the slovin formula and the results are sampled. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) 3.3.3 student version software. The research results obtained are: Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The statistical t value is 4.087> 1.96 and P value 0.000 <0.05, Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of t statistical value of 3.509> 1.96 with a magnitude of influence of 0.306 and a P value of 0.000 <0.05. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Statistical t value 2.179> 1.96 and P value 0.029 <0.05.

Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu : Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai t statistik sebesar 4.087 >1.96 dan P value 0.000< 0.05, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai t statistik 3.509> 1.96 dengan besar pengaruh 0.306 dan P value 0.000< 0.05.Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Nilai t statistik 2.179 > 1.96 dan P value 0.029< 0.05.
