Arenawati, S.Sos, M.Si (Pembimbing 2) Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Kinerja, Guru Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan adanya masalah-masalah pada kinerja guru di SMK Nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang yang ditandai dengan kurangnya disiplin pegawai, pencapaian nilai ujian Nasional yang belum optimal, dan kurangnya keaktifan guru dalam menghadiri rapat kerja, seperti pada rapat Rencana Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Sekolah (RAPBS), sehingga menimbulkan misskomunikasi dan kurangnya kerjasama antara pimpinan dan guru dalam merumuskan program kerja. Penenlitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi kepemimpinan di SMK Nasyrul Ulum Kabupaten Pandeglang, mengetahu kinerja guru, dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru di sekolah tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini metod yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian survey. Instrument yang digunakan yaitu quessioner. Populasinya adalah guru di SMK Nasyrul Ulum sebanyak 33 orang guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapangan mengenai peranan kepemimpinan di SMK nasyrul ulum dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsi kepemimpinan di SMK Nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang cukup baik, yaitu sebesar 74,66%. Dan kinerja guru di SMK nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang cukup baik, yaitu sebesar 74,28%.Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui perhitungan statistika mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru diperoleh nilai r = 0,799 yang tergolong pada interval koefisien antara 0,60 – 0,799. Artinya hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan kinerja guru di SMK Nasyrul Ulum tergolong kuat. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,638. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 63,8%. Dan sisanya sebesar 36,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain, seperti latar belakang pendidikan guru, motivasi mengajar, kompetensi pribadi guru dan lain sebagainya.

Keywords : Leadership , Performance , Teacher This research is motivated by the problems in the performance of teachers in SMK Nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang, such as a lack of discipline, achievement of national test scores is not optimal , and the lack of active teachers in attending a meeting , as the meeting Budget Plan School ( RAPBS ) , giving rise to misskomunikasi and lack of cooperation between leaders and teachers in formulating work programs . The purpose of this research to know about the function of leadership in SMK Nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang , and to know about teacher performance , and to know the effect on the performance of teacher leadership in the school . In this research, used survey research methods . Instrument to collected data is quessioner . Its population is all teachers at the SMK Nasyrul Ulum many as 33 teachers . Based on the results of field research on the role of leadership in SMK nasyrul ulum can be concluded that the function of leadership in SMK Nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang is good, that is equal to 74.66 % . And the performance of teachers in vocational nasyrul Ulum Pandeglang is good, that is equal to 74.28 % . Meanwhile, based on the research results through statistical calculations on the effect of leadership on teacher performance values obtained r = 0.799 coefficient belonging to the interval between 0.60 - 0.799 . It means that the relationship between leadership and performance of teachers in SMK Nasyrul Ulum is strong . While the coefficient of determination obtained for 0.638 . It means that there is a significant effect of leadership on teacher performance of 63.8 % . And the remaining 36.2 % is influenced by other factors , such as educational background of teachers , teaching motivation , and personal competence of teachers, etc. |
