Abstract
The increasing public interest in transacting in Islamic financial institutions provides a positive signal for Islamic financial institutions to compete to attract public attention by making innovations in serving the community, so that people feel happy in transacting. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of location, product and service quality on the purchase decision of BMT Assyafi'iyyah Berkah Nasional Kanca Merak products. The dependent variable used in this study is the purchase decision of the product. While the independent variables used in this research are location, product and service quality. The research data used was a questionnaire from respondents randomly selected from members of BMT Assyafi'iyyah Berkah Nasional Kanca Merak. Test the hypothesis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis. Data is processed using SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that location, product and service quality proved to have a significant positive effect on the purchase decision of BMT Assyafi'iyyah Berkah Nasional Kanca Merak products.

Additional Information: | Meningkatnya minat masyarakat untuk bertransaksi di lembaga keuangan Syariah memberikan signal positif bagi lembaga keuangan syariah untuk bersaing menarik perhatian masyarakat dengan melakukan inovasi-inovasi dalam melayani masyarkat, sehingga masyarakat merasa senang dalam bertransaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh lokasi, produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk BMT Assyafiiyyah Berkah Nasional Kanca Merak. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian produk. Sedangkan variabel independent yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lokasi, produk dan kualitas pelayanan. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dari responden yang dipilih secara acak dari anggota BMT Assyafiiyyah Berkah Nasional Kanca Merak. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Data di olah menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lokasi, produk dan kualitas pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk BMT Assyafiiyyah Berkah Nasional Kanca Merak. | |||||||||
