Abstract
This research focuses on Accessibility of Public Services at the Population and Civil Registration Service of Serang City. The aim of this research is to find out how much public service accessibility is met for people with disabilities This research was directed using the Accessibility theory from Bhat (2000), including convenience, comfort, safety and aesthetics. The research method uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used quota sampling of 88 respondents. Data analysis was carried out through statistical testing using the SPSS version 24 program. The research results showed that the accessibility of public services for people with disabilities in the Serang City Population and Civil Registration Service was declared accessible because it received an assessment of more than 60%. The percentage according to research respondents' responses was 66%. Researchers' suggestions include improving coordination between people with disabilities and public service unions, providing disability-friendly facilities that do not yet exist, equipping service officers in handling visitors with disabilities, understanding friends with disabilities.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini berfokus kepada Aksesibilitas Pelayanan Publik pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar terpenuhinya Aksesibilitas Pelayanan Publik bagi penyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini diarahkan menggunakan teori Aksesibilitas dari Bhat (2000), meliputi kemudahan, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan estetika.. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan quota sampling sebanyak 88 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui pengujian statistik menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian diketahui aksesibilitas pelayanan publik bagi penyandang disabilitas di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Serang dinyatakan aksesibel karena mendapatkan penilaian lebih dari 60%. Besarnya persentase menurut tanggapan responden penelitian sebesar 66%. Saran Peneliti diantaranya, peningkatan koordinasi antara penyandang disabilitas dan uni layanan pblik, penyediaan fasilitas ramah disabilitas yang belum ada, pembekalan petugas pelayanan dalam menangani pengunjung yang disabilitas, memahami teman-teman disabilitas. | ||||||
