Abstract
This research will be conducted in 2023. This research was motivated by the existence of a mobilizing teacher program as one of the programs issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ristekdikti in order to create a learning leader throughout the archipelago. This study aims to determine the implementation of the mobilizing teacher program on teacher performance at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City, then to determine the performance of mobilizing teachers facing obstacles in leading teacher colleagues and the results of the mobilizing teacher program at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative type. Data collection in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. It was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study can reveal that from the implementation of mobilizing teachers at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City providing many changes and developments in schools through programs designed by mobilizing teachers to run a positive culture in schools with fellow teachers, mobilizing teachers also have good performance through programs that have been run and in leading and helping fellow grade 1 teachers, 2, 4 and 5 implementing the independent curriculum and the implementation of coaching as well as from the implementation of the mobilizing teacher program at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City provides many changes and developments in the school, so it can be concluded that this mobilizing teacher program is very good for school development and progress so that with the existence of this mobilizing teacher program it becomes an evaluation for the mobilizing teacher program in schools and for the program itself.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari adanya program guru penggerak sebagai salah satu program yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemendikbud Ristekdikti agar terciptanya seorang pemimpin pembelajar di seluruh penjuru nusantara. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program guru penggerak terhadap kinerja guru di SDN Bhayangkari Kota Serang, kemudian untuk mengetahui kinerja guru penggerak menghadapi kendala dalam memimpin rekan kerja guru serta hasil dari adanya program guru penggerak di SDN Bhayangkari Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini kualitatif dengan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles and Huberman. Hasil penelitian ini dapat mengungkapkan bahwa dari pelaksanaan guru penggerak di SDN Bhayangkari Kota Serang memberikan banyak perubahan dan perkembangan pada sekolah melalui program-program yang dirancang oleh guru penggerak untuk menjalankan budaya positif di sekolah bersama rekan guru, guru penggerak juga memiliki kinerja yang baik melalui program yang telah dijalankan dan dalam memimpin dan membantu rekan kerja guru kelas 1, 2, 4 dan 5 melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka dan pelaksanaan coaching serta dari implementasi program guru penggrak di SDN Bhayangkari Kota Serang memberikan banyak perubahan dan perkembangan di sekolah, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa program guru penggerak ini sangat baik untuk pekembangan dan kemajuan sekolah sehingga dengan adanya program guru penggerak ini menjadi evaluasi bagi program guru penggerak di sekolah maupun bagi program itu sendiri. | |||||||||
