Abstract
This research aims to identify and describe the types and functions of expressive speech acts in the short film between thesis and coffee shop by Muhammad Jocky. The data source of this research is the movie between thesis and coffee shop by Muhammad Jocky. The data of this research is all that contains expressive speech acts in the short between thesis and coffee shop by Muhammad Jocky. The subject of this research is the speech spoken by the characters in the short film between thesis and coffee shop by Muhammad Jocky. And the object of this research is expressive speech in the short film between thesis and coffee shop by Muhammad Jocky. This research uses the type of listening method with the basic technique of tapping and the advanced technique of free listening and recording (SBLC) by listening to the use of language without being involved in the conversation process. The technique of checking the validity of data is done by confirmation through investigators/experts. Then, the data analysis technique of this research is done by contextual analysis. The results of the analysis and research findings of the types and functions of expressive speech acts in the short film between thesis and coffee shop by Mohammad Jocky, that the results of the research data were 34 data. The data can be detailed as follows: seven data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing gratitude, eight data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing praise, seven data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing greetings, five data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing criticism, four data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing sarcasm, two data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing threats, and one data types and functions of expressive speech acts expressing condemnation.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serta mendeskripsikan jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film pendek antara skripsi dan kedai kopi karya Muhammad Jocky. Sumber data dari penelitian ini ialah film antara skripsi dan kedai kopi karya Muhammad Jocky. Data dari penelitian ini ialah semua yang mengandung tuturan tindak tutur ekspresif dalam pendek antara skripsi dan kedai kopi karya Muhammad Jocky. Subjek penelitian ini ialah tuturan yang dituturkan oleh para tokoh dalam film pendek film antara skripsi dan kedai kopi karya Muhammad Jocky. Serta objek penelitian ini ialah tuturan ekspresif dalam film pendek film antara skripsi dan kedai kopi karya Muhammad Jocky. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis metode simak dengan teknik dasar sadap dan teknik lanjutan simak bebas libat cakap dan catat (SBLC) yakni dengan menyimak penggunaan bahasa tanpa ikut terlibat dalam proses pembicaraan. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan konfirmasi melalui penyidik/ahli. Maka, teknik analisis data penelitian ini dilakukan secara analisis kontekstual. Hasil analisis dan temuan penelitian jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film pendek antara skripsi dan kedai kopi karya Mohammad Jocky, bahwa ditemukannya hasil data penelitian sebanyak 34 data. Data tersebut dapat diperinci sebagai berikut: tujuh data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan terima kasih, delapan data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan pujian, tujuh data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan salam, lima data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan kritikan, empat data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan sindiran, dua data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan ancaman, dan satu data jenis dan fungsi tindak tutur ekspresif menyatakan kecaman. | |||||||||
