Abstract
In this research there were several problems, related to the school facilities at SMPN 13 Cilegon which were still minimal or limited. Then there are still people who don't understand PPDB online. The lack of offline dissemination is due to limited school facilities. The smoothness of the server sometimes still experiences downtime, and the transparency of PPDB data is still weak. Cilegon Mayor Regulation Number 10 of 2021 relates to the implementation of PPDB in Cilegon City with a focus on SMPN 13 Cilegon. The aim of the research is to evaluate the achievement of the objectives of Cilegon Mayor Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Procedures for Accepting New Students. The research uses the CIPP evaluation model theory according to Daniel Stufflebeam (Stufflebeam & Zhang, 2017) which has four aspects (Context, Input, Process and Product). The research method used is a qualitative approach with policy evaluation methods. Purposive informant selection technique. The results of the research are the context aspect, the increase in the number of state schools or collaboration with other schools, still needs to be balanced with equal distribution of facilities or infrastructure for each school. In the input aspect, there is still a PPDB guidebook where information is not distributed evenly. Process aspect, implementation of policies in accordance with predetermined procedures, mechanisms and schedules. In the product aspect, in principle the policy is appropriate but has not yet fully achieved the objectives of the policy. Regarding suggestions for this research, facilities are provided that support the recruitment of new students. Information related to the implementation of PPDB, from technical guidelines to guidebooks, has been increased in distribution. Anticipate to avoid obstacles during PPDB implementation. As well as good and transparent cooperation between various parties involved in the implementation of PPDB.

Additional Information: | Pada penelitian ini terdapat beberapa masalah, terkait fasilitas sekolah SMPN 13 Cilegon masih minim atau terbatas. Kemudian masih terdapat masyarakat belum paham dengan PPDB online. Kurangnya diseminasi secara offline dikarenakan keterbatasan fasilitas sekolah. Kelancaran server yang terkadang beberapa kali masih mengalami down, dan masih lemahnya transparansi data PPDB. Peraturan Wali Kota Cilegon Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 terkait dengan pelaksanaan PPDB di Kota Cilegon dengan fokus di SMPN 13 Cilegon. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi pencapaian tujuan Peraturan Wali Kota Cilegon Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 Tentang Tata Cara Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru. Penelitian menggunakan teori model evaluasi CIPP menurut Daniel Stufflebeam (Stufflebeam & Zhang, 2017) memiliki empat aspek (Context, Input, Process dan Product). Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluasi kebijakan. Teknik pemilihan informan purposive. Hasil penelitian yaitu aspek context, adanya penambahan jumlah sekolah negeri atau bekerja sama dengan sekolah lainnya, masih perlu diimbangi dengan pemerataan fasilitas atau sarana dan prasarana setiap sekolah. Aspek input, masih terdapat buku pedoman PPDB yang belum merata penyebaran informasinya. Aspek process, pelaksanaan kebijakan sesuai dengan prosedur, mekanisme dan jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Aspek product, pada prinsipnya kebijakan telah sesuai namun belum sepenuhnya dapat mencapai tujuan dari kebijakan. Terkait saran pada penelitian ini, disediakan fasilitas yang menunjang dalam perekrutan peserta didik baru. Informasi terkait pelaksanaan PPDB mulai dari juknis hingga buku pedoman ditingkatkan penyebarannya. Mengantisipasi agar terhindar dari kendala pada saat pelaksanaan PPDB. Serta kerja sama yang baik dan transparan antar berbagai pihak yang terkait pada pelaksanaan PPDB. | ||||||
