Abstract

MM dan Dosen Pembimbing II: Riswanda, Ph.D. Penelitian ini berfokus pada EvaluasiProgram Pengembangan Budidaya Komoditas Buah Manggis Berdasarkan Kawasan Berbasis One Village One Porduct Di Kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pandeglang. Dalam pelaksanannya, program ini masih mengalami beberapa permasalahan diantaranya, aparatur pelaksana masih belum memahami konsep One Village One Product, kurangnya dukungan anggaran dalam pelaksanaan program, keberadaan program belum mampu mensejahterakan petani, belum optimalnya rumah pengemasan manggis di daerah sentra komoditas manggis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan pelaksanaan program Pengembangan Budidaya Komoditas Buah Manggis Berdasarkan Kawasan Berbasis One Village One Product Di Kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pandeglang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pemilihan informan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teori yang digunakan adalah model evaluasi kebijakan menurut Leo Agustino (2017 : 180) yang terdiri dari lima indikator yaitu sumber daya aparatur, kelembagaan, sarana, prasarana dan teknologi, finansial serta regulasi (pendukung). Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis data interaktif yang disampaikan oleh Miles, Huberman dan Saldana (2014:8-9). Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pelaksanaan Program Pengembangan Komoditas Buah Manggis Berdasarkan Kawasan Berbasis One Village One Product di Kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pandeglang secara umum belum menuai keberhasilan. Saran yang dapat diberikan yaitu perlunya sosialisasi kembali dan komitmen dari pemerintah dengan melakukan pendampingan serta pelatihan kepada sasaran program. MM and Advisor II: Riswanda, Ph.D. This research focuses on the Evaluation of the Mangosteen Commodity Cultivation Development Program Based on One Village One Porduct Based Area in Bojong District, Pandeglang Regency. There are some problems In this program including, the implementing apparatus still does not understand the concept of One Village One Product, the lack of budget support in implementing the program, the existence of the program has not been able to prosper the farmers, and the mangosteen packaging house is not optimal in the mangosteen commodity center area. This purpose of this study is to determine the success of the implementation of the Mangosteen Commodity Cultivation Program Based on One Village One Product Based Area in Bojong District, Pandeglang Regency. The research method used is qualitative with purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The theory used is a policy evaluation model according to Leo Agustino (2017: 180) which consists of five indicators, namely apparatus resources, institutions, facilities, infrastructure and technology, finance and (supporting) regulations. The analysis technique uses interactive data analysis techniques presented by Miles, Huberman and Saldana (2014: 8-9). The results of this research are the implementation of the Mangosteen Commodity Development Program based on One Village One Product Based Areas in Bojong District, Pandeglang Regency in general has not been successful. Recommendation that can be given are the need for re-socialization and commitment from the government by providing assistance and training to program targets.
