Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had various impacts on various aspects of life. One of them is the lecture system which was originally carried out offline and changed to online. This change in the lecture system also occurred at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. With the change in the lecture system, the interpersonal communication that exists between students is also affected. This study aims to determine how much influence student interpersonal communication has on the effectiveness of online lectures. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive-correlational nature, which is supported by the theory of Self Disclosure. The results of this study show a correlation value of 0.592, which means that Student Interpersonal Communication (X) and the variable Effectiveness of Online Lectures (Y) have a fairly strong relationship. Then on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it was found that the percentage of influence on the variable X on Y was 35%, while the rest was caused by other factors outside this study, which the lecturer and educational facilities.. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is an influence between student interpersonal communication on the effectiveness of online lectures.

Additional Information: | Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak yang beragam di berbagai sisi kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah sistem perkuliahan yang semula dilaksanakan secara luring berubah menjadi daring. Perubahan sistem pekuliahan ini juga terjadi di Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Dengan perubahan sistem perkuliahan tersebut, komunikasi interpersonal yang terjalin diantara mahasiswa pun turut terdampak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa terhadap efektivitas perkuliahan daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan sifat deskriptif-korelasional, yang didukung dengan teori pertukaran sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,592 yang berarti Komunikasi Interpersonal Mahasiswa (X) dengan variabel Efektivitas Perkuliahan Daring (Y) memiliki hubungan yang cukup kuat. Lalu pada perhitungan koefisien determinasi, didapatkan bahwa pada variabel X terhadap Y presentase pengaruh sebesar 35%, sementara sisanya disebabkan oleh faktor lain diluar penelitian ini, yakni faktor pengajar dan fasilitas pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara komunikasi interpersonal mahasiswa terhadap efektivitas perkuliahan daring. | |||||||||
