Abstract
Largo music serang is a place that provides entertainment, instruments repair and music learning. The trainees who have completed their studies in largo have become workers in the field of musical entertainment, and there are even some who reenact material that was obtained long ago through the learning process here. Researchers in the study of the basic saxophone learning process at largo music serang using a qualitative descriptive approach. As for the data-collection techniques used for observation, interview and documentation. The result after doing this study begins with knowing there are 6 stages to do such as preactivity, initial activity, activity, core, final activity, evaluation and practice with other instruments. Educators in giving materials around the basic techniques of the saxophone were more stressed with the understanding of breathing so that learners could become accustomed to good breathing so that, at some point, advanced materials that the trainees could easily apply to this technical mastery.

Additional Information: | Largo Music Serang merupakan sebuah tempat yang menyediakan jasa berupa entertaint, perbaikan instrument serta pembelajaran music. Peserta didik yang sudah menyelesaikan pembelajarannya di Largo banyak menjadi pekerja di dunia hiburan musik bahkan ada beberapa yang menyalurkan kembali materi yang telah didapatkan ketika dahulu melalui proses pembelajaran ditempat ini. Peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian seputar proses pembelajaran teknik dasar saxophone di Largo Music Serang menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah melakukan penelitian ini diawali dengan mengetahui ada 6 tahapan yang dilakukan seperti pra kegiatan, kegiatan awal, kegiatan, inti, kegiatan akhir, evaluasi dan berlatih bersama instrument lain. Pendidik dalam memberi materi seputar teknik dasar saxophone lebih menekankan kepada pendalaman seputar breathing agar peserta didik dapat terbiasa menggunakan pernafasan yang baik supaya suatu saat diberikan materi lanjutan yang lebih sulit peserta didik dapat dengan mudah menerapkan dengan penguasaan teknik ini. | |||||||||
