Abstract
PT Profelaute Indonesia Systems is a company that provides services of high quality and perfect customer sevices in the field of electrical and automation in a professional manner. The new company much to be adjusted especially in terms of the adjustment of the number of employees based on the duties and workload received, so that needs to be done the job description and the MTR (monthly time report) and workload analysis to determine the optimal number of employees. This research aims to know the workload of their respective positions, to determine the optimal number of employees proposed and do a comparison between the existing productivity with after making an workload analysis. The methods used in this research was the job description and workload analysis. The workload analysis is used as a tool to determine the amount of labor required. This research aims to know the workload as a reference in determining the optimal amount of labor. As for the result of the calculation analysis of the workload that is work load admin position based on job description 1.725 and MTR 1.6125, engineer position based on job description 2.9 and 2.2875 MTR, the position of technician based on job description and 2.275 MTR 2.0513. Furthermore the workload based on the total number of employees is the optimal 8 employees with details of office admin 2 employees, the post of engineer 3 employees and office technician 3 employees. This results in more efficient use of labor so that it can improve productivity.

Profelaute Sistem Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang memberikan pelayanan berkualitas tinggi dan kesempurnaan customer sevices dibidang electrical dan automation secara profesional. Perusahaan yang baru berdiri banyak yang harus disesuaikan terutama dalam hal penyesuaian jumlah karyawan berdasarkan tugas dan beban kerja yang diterimanya, sehingga perlu dilakukan job description dan MTR (monthly time report) dan analisis beban kerja untuk menentukan jumlah karyawan yang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui beban kerja dari masing-masing posisi jabatan, menentukan usulan jumlah karyawan yang optimal serta melakukan perbandingan produktivitas antara eksisting dengan setelah melakukan analisis beban kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu job description dan analisis beban kerja. Analisis beban kerja digunakan sebagai alat menentukan jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan. Adapun hasil dari perhitungan analisis beban kerja yaitu beban kerja posisi admin berdasarkan job description 1,725 dan MTR 1,6125, posisi engineer berdasarkan job description 2,9 dan MTR 2,2875, posisi teknisi berdasarkan job description 2,275 dan MTR 2,0513. Selanjutnya berdasarkan beban kerja tersebut total jumlah karyawan yang optimal adalah 8 orang karyawan dengan rincian jabatan admin 2 karyawan, jabatan engineer 3 karyawan dan jabatan teknisi 3 karyawan. Hasil ini lebih efisien dalam penggunaan tenaga kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. | |||||||||
