Abstract
The purpose of this study is to ascertain how various Leadership Style factors at PT PLN (Persero) UPT Cilegon relate to one another. Quantitative techniques and causation are the research methods employed. This study's population consisted of all 67 permanent employees of PT PLN (Persero) UPT Cilegon. The sample used for this census sampling technique was the same as the population, with a 100% return rate, or 67 respondents. The study also used the index number analysis method, inner and outer model testing, hypothesis testing, and mediation testing. The following conclusions can be drawn from the data analysis calculations performed using SmartPLS: (1) With an original sample value of 0.002 and a p- value of 0.971, there is a negative and insignificant influence between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Performance. The results indicate that there is a slight but significant correlation between job satisfaction and the Transformational Leadership Style, with a p-value of 0.994 and an initial sample value of 0.008. (3) With an initial sample value of 0.870, there is a positive and substantial relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction. (4) With an initial sample value of 0.696 and a p-value of 0.001, organizational culture has a positive and substantial impact on employee performance. (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as evidenced by the original sample value of 0.800 and the p-value of 0.000. (6) With a p-value of 0.968 and an initial sample value of -0.006, job satisfaction serves as an intervening variable in the mediation of the association between transformational leadership style and employee performance. This relationship has a negative and negligible mediating effect. (7) With a p-value of 0.001 and an initial sample value of 0.696, job satisfaction serves as an intervening variable in the link between organizational culture and employee performance. This association has a positive and substantial mediation effect.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan pada PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Cilegon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kausalitas dan kuantitaif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. PLN (Perserop) UPT Cilegon yang berjumlah 67 karyawan dan menggunkan Teknik sampling sensus yang mana sampel yang digunakan berjumlah sama banyaknya dengan populasi dan tingkat pengembalian 100% yaitu 67 responden dengan metode analisis angka indeks, uji outer model- inner model dan pengujian hipotesis dan uji mediasi. Berdasarkan pada hasil perhitungan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan tidak signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai orginal sampel sebesar 0,002 dan nilai р value sebesar 0,971. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,008 dan dan nilai р value 0,994. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,870. (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai original sampel 0,696 dan nilai р value 0,001. (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai orgininal sampel sebesar 0,800 dan nilai р value sebesar 0,000. (6) Terdapat pengaruh mediasi hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui mediasi Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai original sampel sebesar -0,006 dan nilai р value sebesar 0,968. (7) terdapat pengaruh mediasi hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening dengan nilai original sampel sebesar 0,696 dan nilai р value sebesar 0,001. | |||||||||
