Abstract

Taxes are an important source of state income that comes from the people. Because tax is a very important source of state income, it is collected from Indonesian citizens and becomes one of the obligations that can be forced to collect. As for the identification of the problem, what is the role of the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office in applying Excellent Service at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office?, then What are the factors that are the performance constraints in Excellent Service at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office? The theories used are Public Service Theory and Good governance Theory. The research method is empirical juridical. The specification of the study is descriptive analysis. Data sources are primary data supported by secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews and documents related to research. Data were obtained and analyzed descriptively by qualitative approach method. The results of research on the Implementation of Excellent Service in the Principles of Good Governance to Taxpayers at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office to Improve Taxpayer Compliance, that every government agency is required to be able to provide the best public services to the community, including one form of government agency is the Serang Barat Pratama Tax Service Office. The efforts made by the government in realizing Good governance are efforts used by the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office, namely by applying excellent service and in accordance with existing SOPs. In conclusion, the government to improve the pattern of public service delivery in the context of realizing bureaucratic reform, namely the West Serang Primary Tax Service, always carries out supervision and checks with the Ministry of Finance once a year in September with the result that there are no obstacles in Excellent Service at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office. His suggestion is that it is expected that the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office will further improve the quality of tax services at the West Serang Pratama Tax Service Office and is expected to provide socialization or education about excellent service and public services regularly.

Additional Information: Pajak merupakan sumber penghasilan penting negara yang berasal dari rakyat karena pajak merupakan sumber pendapatan negara yang sangat penting, maka pajak dipungut dari Warga Negara Indonesia dan menjadi salah satu kewajiban yang dapat dipaksakan penagihannya. Adapun identifikasi masalahnya, Bagaimanakah peran Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat dalam mengaplikasikan Pelayanan Prima di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat?, kemudian Bagaimana faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala kinerja pada Pelayanan Prima di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat?. Teori yang digunakan yaitu Teori Pelayanan Publik dan Teori Good governance. Metode penelitian yaitu yuridis empiris. Spesifikasi penelitian yaitu deskriptif analisis. Sumber data yaitu data primer yang ditunjang oleh data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan dokumen yang terkait dengan penelitian. Data diperoleh dan dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian mengenai Implementasi Pelayanan Prima Dalam Prinsip Good Governance Kepada Wajib Pajak Di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat Untuk Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, bahwa pada setiap instansi pemerintah dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan publik yang terbaik kepada masyarakat termasuk salah satu bentuk intansi pemerintah adalah Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat. Upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dalam terwujudnya Good governance yaitu upaya yang digunakan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat yaitu dengan mengaplikasikan pelayanan prima dan sesuai dengan SOP yang ada. Kesimpulannya pemerintah untuk memperbaiki pola penyelenggaraan layanan publik dalam rangka perwujudan reformasi birokrasi yaitu Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat selalu dilakukannya pengawasan dan pengecekan dengan Kementerian Keuangan setiap satu tahun sekali di bulan September dengan hasil tidak adanya kendala dalam Pelayanan Prima di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat. Sarannya adalah diharapkan kepada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat lebih meningkatkan lagi kualitas pelayanan pajak di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Serang Barat dan diharapkan untuk memberikan sosialisasi atau edukasi tentang pelayanan prima dan pelayanan publik secara rutin.
