Abstract
The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out about the provision of briguna Karya loans to customers at the Serang Branch of Bank Rakyat Indonesia for consumptive purposes such as purchasing movable/immovable goods, home repairs or renovations, children's education expenses, medical expenses, wedding expenses and so on. another is the credit installment payment system by automatically deducting the customer's salary every month by guaranteeing a Work Decree. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Serang Branch has criteria for prospective debtors in terms of lending, namely permanent employees who have the original SK for the first appointment of PNS / TNI / POLRI / BUMN, as well as the last promotion decree or according to the provisions in force in each agency or company. In the procedure for granting credit to Briguna Karya, there are several stages, namely: credit application, file research, credit analysis, credit decision, realization or verification of credit decisions and credit disbursement. The obstacles that occur when granting credit are that the customer makes a job mutation but the company or the customer's company treasurer does not provide a transfer letter to Bank Rakyat Indonesia.

| Additional Information: | Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pemberian kredit briguna karya kepada nasabah di Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Serang untuk keperluan konsumtif seperti pembelian barang bergerak/tidak bergerak, perbaikan atau renovasi rumah, biaya pendidikan anak, biaya pengobatan, biaya pernikahan dan lain-lain yang sistem pembayaran angsuran kredit dengan memotong gaji nasabah setiap bulannya secara otomatis dengan menjaminkan SK Kerja. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Cabang Serang memiliki kriteria untuk calon debitur dalam persyaratan pemberian kreditnya yakni pegawai tetap yang memiliki asli SK pengangkatan pertama PNS / TNI / POLRI/ BUMN, serta SK kenaikan pangkat terakhir atau disesuaikan dengan ketentuan yang berlaku di masing-masing instansi atau perusahaan. Dalam prosedur pemberian kredit Briguna Karya ada beberapa tahapan yaitu: permohonan pengajuan kredit, penelitian berkas, analisis kredit, keputusan kredit, realisasi atau verifikasi keputusan kredit dan pencairan kredit. Adapun hambatan yang terjadi pada saat pemberian kredit yaitu nasabah melakukan mutasi kerja tetapi pihak perusahaan atau bagian bendahara perusahaan nasabah tidak memberikan surat mutasi ke pihak Bank Rakyat Indonesia. | |||||||||
