Abstract
The low ability of students' scientific literacy is a problem in science learning at the junior high school level, so it is necessary to develop a formative assessment based on Wizer Me on the theme of the food revolution to measure the scientific literacy ability of class IX students. This research was conducted to determine the validity of Wizer Me-based formative assessments on the theme of the food revolution to measure the science literacy abilities of students IX and to determine the effectiveness of Wizer Me-based formative assessments on the theme of the food revolution in measuring the scientific literacy abilities of students in class IX. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year at 3 West Jakarta City Public Middle Schools. The research and development research method uses the 4D development model, which in this study only reached the development stage. The results of the Wizer Me-based formative assessment empirical test in measuring the scientific literacy abilities of class IX students were stated to be very valid in terms of the average percentage value of 87.58% based on expert validation including material experts 87.60% media experts 93.62% and teachers IPA 81.52%. Based on the validation of 30 students who were measured to get the results of 17 valid questions with a success rate of 16 items classified as difficult and 1 item classified as moderate and the reliability of the item was 0.89 indicating high reliability interpretation. The effectiveness of the Wizer Me-based formative assessment on the theme of the food revolution in measuring the scientific literacy abilities of class IX students showed ineffective results in terms of the scientific literacy abilities of students at a low level, namely 15.60%, in terms of the attitude aspect of scientific literacy of 13.7%, aspects the ability of students to interpret data and evidence scientifically is 24%, the ability of students to explain phenomena scientifically is 11.34% and the ability of students to identify and design scientific investigations is 17.11%.

Additional Information: | Rendahnya kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik menjadi permasalahan dalam pembelajaran IPA tingkat SMP sehingga diperlukan pengembangan asesmen formatif berbasis Wizer Me tema revolusi pangan untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas IX. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat validitas asesemen formatif berbasis Wizer Me tema revolusi pangan untuk mengukur kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik IX dan mengetahui efektivitas asesmen formatif berbasis Wizer Me tema revolusi pangan dalam mengukur kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas IX. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap TA 2022/2023 di 3 SMP Negeri Kota Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian research and development dengan model pengembangan 4D yang pada penelitian ini hanya sampai tahap development. Hasil uji empiris asesmen formatif berbasis Wizer Me dalam mengukur kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas IX dinyatakan sangat valid dilihat dari rata-rata nilai persentase sebesar 87,58% berdasarkan validasi ahli meliputi ahli materi 87,60% ahli media 93,62% dan guru IPA 81,52%. Berdasarkan validasi 30 siswa yang diukur mendapatkan hasil 17 soal valid dengan tingkat kesukuran 16 soal tergolong sukar dan 1 soal tergolong sedang serta reliabilitas soal sebesar 0,89 yang menunjukkan interpretasi reliabilitas tinggi. Efektivitas asesmen formatif berbasis Wizer Me tema revolusi pangan dalam mengukur kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas IX menunjukkan hasil tidak efektif dilihat dari kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik di level rendah yaitu 15,60% ditinjau dari aspek sikap literasi sains sebesar 13,7%, aspek kemampuan peserta didik dalam menafsirkan data dan bukti secara ilmiah sebesar 24%, kemampuan peserta didik dalam menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah sebesar 11,34% dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengidentifikasi dan merancang penyelidikan ilmiah sebesar 17,11%. | |||||||||
