Abstract
Stunting is a health problem, especially the health of children under the age of five. This problem is included in the 2nd goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Stunting in children is considered a major risk factor for physical and mental development in early childhood and reduces productivity levels in adulthood. Most provinces in Indonesia have a high stunting prevalence rate. This study aims to identify the effect of poverty, GRDP Per Capita, Women's Education, Female Labor Force Participation, Access to Sanitation and Access to Adequate Drinking Water on Stunting. The objects in this study cover 34 provinces in Indonesia for the 2015-2022 period. This study uses the System Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) method. The results of this study indicate that poverty, women's education, access to drinking water have a significant negative effect and access to sanitation has a non-significant negative effect on the prevalence of stunting. Meanwhile, the GRDP Per Capita variable has a non-significant positive coefficient and women's TPAK has a significant positive effect on stunting.
