Abstract
The purpose of writing this Final Project Report is to find out the technical collection and payment of regional levies for foreign workers at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province. The method used in this final report is descriptive method. The data used in this paper are primary data and secondary data. The data source comes from internal data obtained from the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province. data collection methods used by the authors are interviews, documentation, observation, and literature study. The results of this Final Project Report show that the Technical Collection and payment of Regional Fees for the Use of Foreign Workers at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration of Banten Province is collected based on Regional Regulation of Banten Province Number 1 of 2018.

Metode yang digunakan dalam Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah metode deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data berasal dari data internal yang diperoleh dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Banten. metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh penulis yaitu wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menunjukkan bahwa Teknis Pemungutan dan pembayaran Retribusi Daerah atas Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Banten di pungut berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Banten Nomor 1 Tahun 2018. | |||||||||
