Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze and prove how the mediating role of work motivation on the relationship between work experience and employee performance is influenced by work discipline. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study collected data based on literature studies, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Primarindo Argatile with a sample of 140 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS3.2.9 analysis tool. This study has the result that work experience (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y), work experience (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation (Z), work discipline (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work motivation ( Z), Work Motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee performance (Y), and Work Motivation (Z) is able to mediate the influence of Work Experience on Employee Performance.

Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis serta membuktikan bagaimana peran mediasi motivasi kerja terhadap hubungan pengalaman kerja dengan kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan pengumpulan data berdasarkan studi kepustakaan, wawancara serta kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Primarindo Argatile dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 140 responden dengan Teknik penarikan Simple Random Sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan alat analisis SmartPLS3.2.9. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa Pengalaman Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), Pengalaman Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Z), Disiplin Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Z), Motivasi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan(Y), dan Motivasi Kerja (Z) mampu memediasi pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. | |||||||||
