Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not there is influence from the factors of GDP per capita, the Human Development Index, balancing funds, and capital expenditures on regional financial independence in the districts and cities of Aceh Province in 2015–2020. This research consists of 23 districts and cities in Aceh Province. The data used in this study uses secondary data from panel data for six years (2015–2020). Data obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Central Bureau of Statistics of Aceh Province The results of this study partially show that the GDP per capita variable has no effect on regional financial independence, the HDI variable has a significant effect on regional financial independence, the balancing funds variable has no effect on regional financial independence, and the capital expenditure variable has a significant effect on regional financial independence. The simultaneous results of the variables PDRB per capita, HDI, balancing funds, and capital expenditure have an effect on the regional financial independence of Aceh Province from 2015 to 2020, which is 92.57%. | Additional Information: | Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh dari faktor PDRB Perkapita, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, Dana Perimbangan, dan Belanja Modal terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah pada Kabupaten dan Kota Provinsi Aceh Tahun 2015-2020. Penelitian ini terdiri dari 23 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Aceh. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari data panel selama 6 (enam) tahun 2015-2020. Data yang diperoleh dari Direktorat Jendral Perimbangan Keuangan dan Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel PDRB Perkapita tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, variabel IPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, variabel Dana Perimbanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah, dan variabel Belanja Modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah. Hasil secara simultan variabel PDRB Perkapita,IPM, Dana Perimbangan, dan Belanja Modal berpengaruh terhadap Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah Provinsi Aceh dari tahun 2015-2020 sebesar 92,57%. | |||||||||
