Abstract

ABSTRACT The oyster mushroom is one type of wood mushrooms and oyster mushrooms are usually people refer to as a wood fungus, because this fungus to grow on decaying wood media. This study was motivated by the problems faced by farmers in the district of white oyster mushroom Karangtanjung Pandeglang, which have constraints where the carrying capacity of human resources in terms of ability to cultivate knowledge of the commodity well still lacking. The purposed of this research for The analysis used was cost analysis, revenue analysis, income analysis, BEP analysis, and R/C Ratio analysis. The research methodology used was sensus method. The data analysis used was cost analysis, revenue analysis, income analysis, R/C Ratio analysis, and BEP analysis. Based on the result of number of cost analysis research showed that in once average production per growing season Rp 34.715.103,4 consists of fixed cost Rp 10.445.436,73 and variable cost Rp 24.269.666,67. Income analysis showed that the average production of oyster mushroom per growing season was 8.520 Kg so the average revenue of oyster mushroom per growing season was Rp 85.200.000 and the average income of oyster mushroom per growing season was obtained by farmer Rp 50.484.896,6. R/C Ratio value was obtained by farmer 2,45. The revenue of BEP analysis was obtained Rp 14.507.551,01, BEP production 1.460,61 Kg, the price of BEP Rp 4.074,54/Kg, and the baglog of BEP 9.683 Unit.
