Abstract

Aditya Lazuardikara. NIM 6662170129. THESIS. The synergy of Awareness Communication of School Committees and School Parties in Supporting the 9- Year Compulsory Education Program. Advisor I: Dr. Rd. Nia Kania K.,S.IP., M.Si, Advisor II:Muhamad Jaiz, S.Sos., M.Pd. The 9-year fair education policy in Government Regulation Number 47 of 2008 as an effort to equalize the quality of education in improving welfare. A synergy is a form of cooperation to produce the best goals. The purpose of this study is to analyze the synergy of awareness communication by the school committee and the school in supporting the 9-year learning program at SMPN 1 Labuan. Descriptive qualitative research method. The respondents used consisted of 6 respondents who came from the committee, the school, and the community. The results showed that there were 3 aspects, namely (1) Awareness communication carried out through print media, social media, home visiting, and meetings between the school committee, the school, and student guardians (2) the driving factor in awareness communication, namely the existence of a foundation the goals instilled are in accordance with the vision and mission, competent teaching staff, and supported by infrastructure facilities and infrastructure (3) inhibiting factors namely the lack of understanding of parents about 9-year compulsory education and economic factors. Kebijakan wajardikdas 9 tahun dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 47 Tahun 2008 sebagai upaya pemerataaan kualitas pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Sinergisitas merupakan bentuk kerja sama untuk menghasilkan tujuan yang terbaik. Tujuan Penelitian ini menganalisis Sinergisitas komunikasi penyadaran oleh komite sekolah dan pihak sekolah dalam mendukung program belajar 9 tahun di SMPN 1 Labuan. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Responden yang digunaan terdiri dari 6 responden yang berasal dari pihak komite, pihak sekolah, masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 aspek yaitu (1) Komunikasi penyadaran yang di lakukan yaitu melalui media cetak, sosial media, home visiting, dan pertemuan antara pihak komite sekolah, pihak sekolah dan wali murid (2) faktor pendorong dalam komunikasi penyadaran yaitu adanya landasan tujuan yang di tanamkan sesuai dengan visi dan misi, tenaga pengajar yang kompeten,dan di dukung infrastruktur sarana dan prasarana (3) faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya pemahaman orang tua tentang wajib belajar 9 tahun dan faktor ekonomi. Kata kunci : Sinergisitas, Komunikasi penyadaran, komite, wajib belajar 9 tahun.
