Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational communication, work facilities and compensation on job satisfaction at PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon. This study uses primary data questionnaire as a research source. Questionnaires were distributed to production staff at PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon. The population in this study amounted to 154 people and a sample of 62 samples was taken using the Proportional Stratified Sampling. The object of this research is employees in the field of production at PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon with research variables namely organizational communication, work facilities, compensation and job satisfaction. The method of analysis and hypothesis testing uses PLS (Partial Least Square) path analysis, then calculations using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the research on organizational communication, work facilities and compensation have a direct effect on employee job satisfaction at PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon.

| Additional Information: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, fasilitas kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer kuesioner sebagai sumber penelitian. Kuesioner dibagikan pada karyawan bagian produksi pada PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 154 orang dan sampel sebanyak 62 sampel diambil dengan teknik Proportional Stratified Sampling. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan bidang produksi pada PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon dengan variabel penelitian yaitu komunikasi organisasi, fasilitas kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja. Metode analisis dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur PLS (Partial Least Square), kemudian perhitungan menggunakan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian komunikasi organisasi, fasilitas kerja dan kompensasi hasilnya yaitu berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT Permata Dunia Sukses Utama Cilegon. | |||||||||
