Abstract
Laporan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “Meningkatnya Minat Nasabah Produk Tabungan Simpedes Dan BRItama Di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Unit Baros Pandeglang Akibat Pandemic Covid 19” ditujukan sebagai salah satu persyaratan dalam menyelesaikan perkuliahan Program Studi Perbankan Dan Keuangan Program Diploma III Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. Tujuan dari laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui meningkatnya minat nasabah produk tabungan Simpedes dan BRItama pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Unit Baros Pandeglang akibat Pandemic covid 19, dan mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pembukaan tabungan Simpedes dan BRItama di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baros Pandeglang serta Produk tabungan manakah yang lebih banyak diminati di masa Pandemic covid 19 pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baros Pandeglang. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penyusunan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, yakni data yang diperoleh atau dikumpulkan berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara dan melalui data-data yang ada pada perusahaan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan minat nasabah pada produk tabungan Simpedes mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan setiap tahunnya, sedangkan perkembangan produk tabungan BRItama cenderung lebih stabil. Prosedur pembukaan rekening tabungan Simpedes dan BRItama cukup mudah yaitu dengan mengisi formulir sesuai dengan produk masing-masing dan jumlah setoran pertama. Bagi calon nasabah yang ingin melakukan pembukaan tabungan baru melalui Internet dengan mengakses https://bukarekening.BRI.co.id/, tentunya lebih praktis dan efektif. The purpose of this final report is to find out the increasing interest of customers of Simpedes and BRItama savings products at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Baros Pandeglang Unit due to the covid 19 pandemic, and knowing the procedure for opening Simpedes and BRItama savings at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Baros Pandeglang Unit and which savings products are more in demand during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Baros Pandeglang. Sources of data used in the preparation of this final report are primary data and secondary data, namely data obtained or collected based on the results of interviews and through existing data on the company. The results of the study can be concluded that the development of customer interest in Simpedes savings products has increased significantly every year, while the development of BRItama savings products tends to be more stable. The procedure for opening Simpedes and BRItama savings accounts is quite easy, namely by filling out the form according to the respective product and the amount of the first deposit. For prospective customers who want to open a new savings account via the Internet by accessing https://bukarekening.BRI.co.id/, it is certainly more practical and effective.
