Abstract

Marine fungi is one type of fungi that has the highest level of diversity compared to other types of fungi. The level of diversity of marine fungi can indicate the level of conservation in a particular area. However, no similar research has been conducted in Banten. This study aims to determine the level of diversity of marine fungi in the Pulau Dua Conservation Area, Serang City, Banten. The sample collection was carried out at three stations, coastal, swamps and ponds located in the Pulau Dua Conservation Area. Marine fungi isolation from samples of water, sediment and leaf litter each research stasion. Marine fungi grown on PDA (potato dextrose agar) media, then purified and preserved monosporic culture. Identification of marie fungi diversity was carried out by observing macroscopic and microscopic morphology. Identification results show of which 3 species of Aspergillus that is Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus terus and Aspergillus sp., 1 species of Penicillium sp. and 1 species of Cunninghamella echinulata has been identified from 25 isolates. the results of this study were then presented in the LKS (lembar kerja siswa) of design with the results of the survey questionnaire of learning media which were of great interest to students in the from of LKS reaching 49,9 % and the value of the teacher survey questionnaire results reached 50,0 % and various options, namely textbooks, poster, modules, booklets and digital magazines. Additional Information: Marine fungi merupakan salah satu jenis fungi yang memiliki tingkat keanekaragaman tertinggi dibandingkan dengan jenis fungi lainnya. Tingkat keanekaragaman Marine fungi dapat menunjukkan tingkat konservasi di suatu kawasan tertentu. Namun, belum pernah dilakukan penelitian serupa di Banten. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keanekaragaman Marine fungi di Kawasan Konservasi Pulau Dua, Kota Serang, Banten. Koleksi sampel dilakukan di tiga stasiun yaitu pantai, rawa dan tambak yang berada di dalam Kawasan Konservasi Pulau Dua. Marine fungi diisolasi dari sampel air, sedimen dan serasah dari masing-masing stasiun penelitian. Marine fungi yang tumbuh pada media PDA (potato dextros agar), kemudian dimurnikan dan dipreservasi kultur monosporiknya. Identifikasi keanekaragaman Marine fungi dilakukan melalui pengamatan morfologi makroskopis dan mikroskopis. Hasil identifikasi menunjukan sebanyak 3 spesies Aspergillus yaitu Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus terrus dan Aspergillus sp. 1 spesies Penicillium sp. dan 1 spesies Cunninghamella echinulata teridentifikasi dari 25 isolat. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk rancangan LKS (lembar kerja siswa) dengan nilai hasil angket survey media pembelajaran yang banyak diminati siswa dalam bentuk LKS yaitu mencapai 49,9 % dan nilai hasil angket survey guru mencapai 50,0 % dari berbagai opsi yaitu buku paket, modul, poster, buklet dan majalah digital.
