Abstract

ABSTRACT THE USING OF COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL IN STUDENTS TEAM ACHIEVIMENT DIVISION (STAD) TYPE TO INCREASE THE LEARNING RESULT OF IPS AHMAD FAUZI RIZKI 2227102666 The background of this research is caused of the low of activity and student’s learning result in IPS. The purpose of this research is to increase the activity and student’s learning result in IPS using of cooperative learning in STAD type. The metod that using in this research is class action research there are two cycles of procedure where each of procedure consist of : 1 planning, 2 acting, 3 observing, 4 revleting. The data collecting in this research used the student’s class activity form and test form to measure student’s learning result. The data analysis technique that used in this research is quantitative data to measure student;s activity and teachers work and the qualitative data used to measure the student;s learning result. The result of this research show that the using of cooperative learning in STAD type in IPS programme of the fifth grade of MI Malnu kadukaung has good impact of the student’s activity and learning result. It can be proof that there are the student;s activity rate in the first cycles is (66,6) in " enough” categoyze and increased in the second cycle become (100%) in “very good” categoryze. The goal of student’s learning result in the 1st cycle is 72 % increase in the 2nd become (80,65%) The keyword : The cooperative learning in STAD type and student’s activity and lerning lesson.
