Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine SMK Kesehatan Letris 2 students' perceptions of using TED Talks to improve public speaking skills, as well as the benefits that they receive. Descriptive qualitative methods were used in this research. The population of this research was XI Farmasi students from SMK Kesehatan Letris 2 with 30 participants. The instruments applied during the study were observation, a questionnaire, and interviews. This study demonstrated that students had a favorable opinion of the use of TED Talks Video to improve public speaking skills based on their own learning experiences. This study also shows that they get to benefit from the use of TED Talks, it can increase their self-motivation, help in finding new ideas, and gets tips and tricks regarding public speaking.
