Abstract
Writing this final project aims to find out how the Use of Web-Based Institution-Level Financial Application Systems at the Investment Service and One-Stop Integrated Services for Banten Province. SAKTI is an application used by work units of State Ministries/Institutions in the implementation of the State Budget starting from the budget planning stage to budget reporting/accountability, which replaces several existing applications that have been used by work units sofar. This Sakti application has several advantages, namely that it can be accessed by various devices and multi-OS. Starting from laptops, tablets to cellphones. Users do not need to update/download applications because applications can be accessed using the browser available on the device. Using the internet network does not depend on the internet networkinternet Virtual Private Network (VPN), you can see the size of the display according to the screen of the device used . However, this Sakti application also has drawbacks, namely slow connections, very little flexibility, the types of reports produced are incomplete to fulfill other report preparation obligations besides financial reports whose data is taken from budget realization, there is no export menu for further data management. such as the SAS application, internet network dependency. Several obstacles in the SAKTI application, training implementation that was not optimal, the location of the work unit, limited human resources of the work unit, unstable internet network, the span of control of the work unit organization.

| Additional Information: | Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Penggunaan Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi Berbasis Web pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Daerah Provinsi Banten. SAKTImerupakan aplikasi yang dipergunakan oleh satuan kerja Kementerian Negara/Lembaga dalam pelaksanaan APBN mulai dari tahapperencana anggaran sampai dengan pelaporan/pertangungjawaban anggaran, yang menggantikan beberapa aplikasi existing yang selama ini dipergunakan oleh satuan kerja. Aplikasi Sakti ini memiliki beberapa kelebihan yaitu dapat diakses berbagai macam devices dan multi OS. Mulai dari laptop, tablet hingga ponsel.Pengguna tidak perlu melakukan update/download aplikasi karena aplikasi dapat diaskes menggunakan browser yang tersedia di device.Menggunakan jarin- gan internet tidak tergantung jaringan internet Virtual Private Net- work(VPN),terlihat besar kecilnya tampilan sesuai dengan layar device yang digunakan. Namun Aplikasi Sakti ini memiliki kekurangan juga yaitu koneksi lambat, fleksibilitas sangat kurang, jenis laporan yang dihasilkan kurang lengkap untuk memenuhi kewajiban penyusunan laporan lain–lain selain laporan keuangan yang datanya diambil dari realisasi anggaran, tidak ada menu ekspor untuk pengelolaan data lebih lanjut seperti aplikasi Sistem Aplikasi Satker(SAS), ketergantuangan jaringan internet.Beberapa kendala dalam aplikasi SAKTI, Pelaksanatraining yang kurang optimal, lokasi satker, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) satker yang terbatas, jaringan internet yang kurang stabil, rentang kendali organisasi satker. | |||||||||
