Abstract
This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to: (1) Know the Level of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance (2) Know the Level of Self Efficacy on Job Satisfaction (3) Know the level of Self Efficacy on Employee Performance (4) Know the Level of Self Efficacy on Employee Performance Through the level of job satisfaction, namely as a mediating variable. The subjects in the study were all PD Tunas Putra Mandiri. The research instrument used is the Self Efficacy Questionnaire on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction, which can be referred to as an Intervening Variable. There are 72 item questionnaires with 5 alternative answers: Strongly Disagree (1), Disagree (2), quite agree (3), agree (4), strongly agree (5). Instrument reliability was calculated using PLS with a reliability coefficient value of > 0.7%. The results of the study show that PD employees. Tunas Putra Mandiri has a self-efficacy level of 72 employees (100%) with very good results. The results of the calculation of item scores are 72 items (100%) the results are very good. From the results of the identification of high item items, guidance topics are formulated to increase the self-efficacy of PD employees. Independent Son Tunas. The titles of the guidance topics compiled were "Self Efficacy", "Job Satisfaction", "Employee Performance" and "Self Efficacy on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction". Guidance is carried out using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling data collection method, namely all sampling methods if the population is stratified. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner Self Efficacy pada Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja bisa disebut dengan Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Terdapat kuisioner sebanyak 72 item dengan 5 alternatif jawaban : Sangat Tidak Setuju (1), Tidak Setuju (2), cukup setuju (3), setuju (4), sangat setuju (5). Reliabilitas instrument dihitung menggunakan PLS dengan nilai koefisien reliabilitas sebesar >0,7%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Karyawan PD. Tunas Putra Mandiri memiliki tingkat self efficacy sebanyak 72 karyawan (100%) dengan hasil yang sangat baik. Hasil perhitungan skor item terdapat 72 item (100%) hasilnya sangat baik. Dari Hasil identifikasi butir item yang tinggi maka disusunlah topik-topik bimbingan meningkatkan self efficacy karyawan PD. Tunas Putra Mandiri. Judul topik bimbingan yang disusun yaitu “Self Efficacy”, “Kepuasan Kerja”, “Kinerja Karyawan” dan “Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja”. Bimbingan dilakukan dengan metode pengumpulan data Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yaitu semua metode pengambilan sampel apabila populasi berstrata. | |||||||||
