Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the feasibility of 4C-based manual transmission repair competency learning tools; (2) the improvement of student learning outcomes with the developed learning tools. This type of research uses a Research and Development approach. This development research is designed by following the stages of the 4D development model, including Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The subjects of this research were students of class XII TKRO at SMK N 1 Ciruas. The object of this research is a 4C-based manual transmission repair competency learning device. Data collection techniques in this study were product feasibility questionnaire sheets, student response questionnaires, pre-test and post-test questions. Data analysis techniques include using validation criteria analysis for product feasibility and Wilcoxon test to determine the improvement of learning outcomes. The results of the development research show that the learning device product for the competency of manual transmission repair with a score of 96.75% with very good criteria. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis, the significance was obtained 0.000 <a (0.002) on knowledge assessment, 0.000 <a (0.008) on skills assessment, and 0.000 <a (0.003) on practical attitude assessment through 4C. Based on this data, it is concluded that there is an increase in student learning outcomes by using 4C-based learning tools in chassis maintenance and power transfer subjects. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran kompetensi perbaikan transmisi manual berbasis 4C; (2) peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian pengembangan ini dirancang dengan mengikuti tahap-tahap model pengembangan 4D, meliputi Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII TKRO di SMK N 1 Ciruas. Objek penelitian ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran kompetensi perbaikan transmisi manual berbasis 4C. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar angket kelayakan produk, angket respon siswa, soal pre test dan post test. Teknik analisis data antara lain menggunakan analisis kriteria validasi untuk kelayakan produk dan uji Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian pengembangan menunjukan produk perangkat pembelajaran kompetensi perbaikan transmisi manual dengan perolehan skor 96,75% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji Wilcoxon diperoleh signifikansinya 0,000<a (0,002) pada penilaian pengetahuan, 0,000<a (0,008) pada penilaian keterampilan, dan 0,000<a (0,003) pada penilaian sikap praktik melalui 4C. Berdasarkan data tersebut disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis 4C pada mata pelajarana pemeliharaan sasis dan pemindah tenaga.
