Abstract
In today's technological era, all public service sectors must be relevant to the needs of society. Including in people's behavior that has begun to shift to the use of all-digital interactions, the implementation of E-Government is very important today. The Cilegon City Government is trying to implement a One Stop Service. The Cilegon City Government made innovations by launching the 112 Command Center Emergency Services program. This study aims to determine the measure of success of the 112 Command Center Emergency Call Service Program. This researcher used Sondang P. Siagaan's Theory of Effectiveness with indicator 1. Style Factor, 2. Accuracy Factor, 3. Service Provider Factor as an analysis knife. This research uses Quantitative research techniques. Observations, interviews, and questionnaires/questionnaires are part of data collection. The results of this study explain that the Effectiveness of One-Stop Integrated Services through the Emergency Call Service Program 112 Command Center of Cilegon City has been running effectively because it reached 77.21%, meaning that this figure is more than the expected ideal figure of 60%.

Additional Information: | Pada masa teknologi saat ini, segala sektor pelayanan publik harus relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Termasuk dalam perilaku masyarakat yang mulai bergeser pada penggunaan interaksi yang serba digital, pelaksanaan E-Government menjadi sangat penting saat ini. Pemerintah Kota Cilegon mencoba menerapkan Pelayanan terpadu Satu Pintu (One Stop Service). Pemerintah Kota Cilegon membuat inovasi dengan meluncurkan program Layanan Darurat 112 Command Center. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ukuran keberhasilan Efektivitas Program Layanan Panggilan Darurat 112 Command Center. Peneliti ini menggunakan Teori Efektivitas Sondang P. Siagaan dengan indikator 1. Faktor Gaya, 2. Faktor Kecermatan, 3. Faktor Pemberi Layanan sebagai pisau-analisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian Kuantitatif. Observasi, Wawancara, Dan Kuisioner/Angket merupakan bagian dalam pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan yaitu yaitu Efektivitas Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu melalui Program Layanan Panggilan Darurat 112 Command Center Kota Cilegon sudah berjalan efektif karena mencapai angka 77,21%, artinya angka tersebut lebih dari angka ideal yang diharapkan yaitu 60%. | ||||||
