Abstract

This research aims to find out the feasibility of augmented reality as an learning media on the material of solar power plant mechanisms. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The result of the developed media is an augmented reality learning module as a support for the media developed on the material of solar power plant mechanisms. Through expert validation conducted by three validators, an average percentage value of 84% with a very feasible category, while in the limited test conducted on 15 students in class XII IPA at the Al-Hidayah Rangkasbitung Islamic Boarding School, the response with very good with a percentage value an average of 92%. Based on the research, it can be concluded that augmented reality learning media has been successfully developed and is very suitable for use in learning. Additional Information: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran augmented reality sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi mekanisme pembangkit listrik tenaga surya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4-D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Hasil dari media yang dikembangkan adalah modul pembelajaran augmented reality sebagai pendukung media yang dikembangkan pada materi mekanisme pembangkit listrik tenaga surya. Melalui validasi ahli yang dilakukan oleh tiga validator diperoleh nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 84% dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan pada uji terbatas yang dilakukan kepada 15 orang peserta didik kelas XII IPA di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Rangkasbitung menunjukkan respon sangat baik dengan nilai persentase rata-rata sebesar 92%. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran augmented reality telah berhasil dikembangkan dan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran .
